First off, your documents and data is hosted with a reputable service provider with multiple locations and very high up time
Daily backups are kept of all your documents and data
    Secure login via strongly typed password including:
  • At least 8 characters—the more characters, the better
  • A mixture of both uppercase and lowercase letters
  • A mixture of letters and numbers
  • Inclusion of at least one special character, e.g., ! @ # ? ]
    2 factor authentication via email is also required before login can be successful
  • Unique ID generated per login
  • Unique ID valid for a limited time

No your page packs purchased will not expire.
Any new page packs purchased will be added to current page counts
You will be notified if you run low on pages as configured in your settings. Default is 80% usage
Yes your documents and data will be accessible
If you opted to store documents at upload time, they will be accessible.
If no activity is detected on the account for 30 days we will send you a notification to either purchase a page pack or you can pay a monthly fee for the storage
If after 60 days there has been no activity, the account will closed up and you will receive a notification within 48 hours of where you can download your documents and data
Yes once we receive the request, we will send a confirmation email
If you accept the account closure, the account will closed up and you will receive a notification within 48 hours of where you can download your documents and data
